1. In ProShow, click on Publish and select Vimeo 
2. Select the Video Quality (Choose from 360p, 480p, 720p, or 1080p)
3. Add your Title, Description, and Tags 
4. Click the Upload To Vimeo button to start the upload process to Vimeo

1. Click Share on the top-right of the watch page
2. Select Vimeo on the share screen
3. Click Share Now to start the upload process to Vimeo
